BRAIDED CABLE SYSTEM

The winch utilises a 20-metre high-strength braided cable capable of handling the FlyCart’s maximum payload. The system includes electronic limit switches to prevent over-extension and an automated winding mechanism that ensures the cable is stored neatly after every deployment.

PRECISION AR OVERLAY

Using the Downward Vision System and LiDAR, the winch system projects a virtual landing point onto the pilot’s display. This accounts for aircraft height and payload swing, allowing the pilot to adjust the aircraft position until the AR marker perfectly aligns with the desired drop point.

EMERGENCY RELEASE
