This service plan provides two full years of coverage for the DJI Avata 2, including accidental damage, water damage, fly‑away protection and natural wear under defined terms of service.

Over the two‑year period you are eligible for up to **four replacements** (including up to **two fly‑away replacements**) if your DJI Avata 2 suffers covered damage.

You must purchase the plan while the product is un‑activated or within the defined activation window (typically within 48 hours of activation). If outside that window you may need to submit video verification.

Upon purchasing you’ll receive a digital activation code. You need to bind it to the Avata 2’s serial number via the official DJI site, then link your DJI account and remote controller for full fly‑away coverage.

If you claim a replacement the fee depends on the incident type (standard damage vs fly‑away). These fees are published in the service terms (e.g., in the UK examples: standard ~£39, fly‑away ~£169).

The plan offers international coverage in supported regions (UK, EU etc). During the validity period the main components of the device remain covered under official DJI warranty subject to the plan’s terms.

You cannot renew with another 2‑Year plan after it expires. You may extend with the 1‑Year Plan in some regions within 15 days of expiration.

You can purchase it via authorised DJI UK resellers or DJI’s online store. Activation codes are typically delivered digitally. Check the retailer is authorised and the code is region‑specific.
