Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to return them for a full refund.
• To qualify, items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, not activated, not charged, and unused.
• Once a product has been opened, activated, charged, or flown, it is considered used and we are unable to accept it for a change-of-mind return.
• Return postage for unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Drone Sales UK cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items

• If your item develops a fault, arrives damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a free return, refund, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• In these cases, Drone Sales UK will arrange collection at our expense.
• Please ensure all original packaging, accessories, and contents are included to avoid delays in processing.

Warranty Support

DJI products: We are an authorised DJI retailer. Many DJI products in the UK come with up to 24 months of manufacturer warranty on main components (with batteries and some accessories typically covered for 12 months or less). Warranty coverage depends on the specific model—please check your product documentation or contact us for confirmation.

SwellPro range: We also sell SwellPro drones and accessories. For detailed information on warranty periods for main components (which can differ from DJI), please see the SwellPro UK policy:

If your product is faulty and covered by warranty, we can facilitate the claim on your behalf and arrange a refund or replacement.

Digital Codes

Refunds cannot be issued for digital codes once delivered or activated, in line with UK consumer law.

Refund Timelines

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
• In most cases, funds settle in your account within 5 working days.

2. If the product is faulty, we will arrange collection at our expense.
3. If the product is unwanted, you must return it to us at your own expense.
4. Please package items securely to withstand normal transit.
